Ordering & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number and email address.
What is our return policy?
We offer a 30 days return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to start a return.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed ?
We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we generally cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed by our warehouse.
- Cancellation/Modification Window: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.
- If the order has already shipped: We cannot cancel or modify it. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then return it to us for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Address Changes: Please double-check your address before checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change". We will do our best to update it before the package leaves the facility, but we cannot guarantee this.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Note: We work with global partners to offer you the fastest delivery. Sometimes this means your order may take a little longer to arrive, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Contact us at thewarmthcollectionco@gmail.com and we will resend it to you.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the damaged item and your order number to thewarmthcollectionco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We will send you a free replacement immediately.
